As a participant in the Energy Savvy Families program, you’ll enjoy the convenience of monthly e-billing (electronic billing), helping you to pay your account in smaller, more manageable amounts.
Many customers prefer monthly e-billing, as it makes it easier to stay in control of your budget.
The process of switching your meter over to a digital meter with monthly e-billing will generate two bills before the regular billing cycle is established:
Bill 1 will be for the period between your last bill and the date of your meter change.
Bill 2 will be for the short period between your meter change and the end of that month.
From then on, your bills will be issued regularly each month.
This is a completely normal process and won’t impact any payment plans, Centrepay or direct debit arrangements you may have in place.
It also won’t affect Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS) or Clean Energy contributions.
