Many customers prefer monthly e-billing, as it makes it easier to stay in control of their budget.
The process of switching a meter over to a digital meter with monthly e-billing generates two bills before the regular billing cycle is established.
This is a completely normal process and won’t impact any payment plans, Centrepay or direct debit arrangements customers have in place.
It also won’t affect Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS) or Clean Energy contributions.
